Supplying print data correctly: PDF/X, bleed and colour profiles

Most delays in printing come from faulty data. A few rules make your delivery safe:

• Format: PDF/X-4 with embedded fonts.
• Bleed: 3 mm all around, crop marks set.
• Resolution: images at least 300 dpi at final size.
• Colour space: CMYK, spot colours defined as HKS/Pantone.
